I can’t access my TLI account in Circle
If you're having trouble logging into your TLI account on Circle, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
Reset Your Password
If your credentials might be incorrect:
- Go to: https://community.thoughtleadersinstitute.com/users/password/new
- Enter your email address
- Open the reset email with the subject line: Reset password instructions
- Click Change my password and follow the prompts to set a new one
Check for Browser Issues
If you're stuck or nothing happens when trying to log in:
- Try accessing your account from a different browser or device
Make sure your browser is up to date
- Temporarily disable antivirus software that could block the site
- Turn off VPNs, especially Web Protection if using NordVPN
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies for “All Time”
- Disable recently added browser extensions
