I can’t access a course or program
If you're able to log into your TLI Circle account but can’t view your program content, here’s what to check:
Wait up to 1 hour after purchase or onboarding
Access is usually granted immediately, but in rare cases it may take up to 30–60 minutes for the program to appear in your account.
Check if you're logged into the correct account
Make sure you're using the same email you used to sign up. If you're unsure, search your inbox for a Circle invite or confirmation email.
Try a quick refresh, a different device or clear browser cache
- Refresh the page or try opening it in an incognito window
- Try accessing your course from a different browser or device
Clear browser cache and cookies for better performance
- Temporarily disable antivirus software that could block the site
- Turn off VPNs, especially Web Protection if using NordVPN
